Biogas plants should offer easy handling, high operational safety and flexible expansion options. All three demands are met by the NQ-Biogas System.
NQ-digesters are constructed of armoured concrete with a weather-resistant, well-insulated, heat-saving concrete ceiling. Digesters and CHP building are grouped around and connected to a central installation corridor housing the entire pipeworks and cabling in a clear layout. The design allows easy access at all times and facilitates maintenance and service. In case of facility expansion, the corridor can inexpensively be extended and new digesters are easily included into the existing pipeworks.
Projecting involves detailed 3D-planning for assembly reasons as well as to give our customers a spatial impression of their building project.
