24-h bacterial activity, corrosive gases and abrasive substrates in biogas plants require durable and robust technical components.
The NQ-150 agitator more than meets these requirements. Developed and produced in-house of V4A-stainless steel, the slow-rotating double-paddles with a span of 3 metres work low-wear and efficiently homogenise even problematic organic loads.
To prevent the formation of swimming layers, the upper paddle-pair is attached to a PE-float ensuring its adaptation to varying substrate levels. The bottom paddles successfully avoid sinking layers by working 30 cm above ground.
